The schools in Maharashtra, Manipur, and Rajasthan are set to reopen from tomorrow, January 27 along with several Covid-19 safety protocols in the premises.

The Central Board of Secondary Education has stated that the CBSE board exams 2021 will be conducted for classes 10 and 12 from May 4. Similarly, other state boards have also decided to conduct their board exams in the month of May.
Schools reopening in Maharashtra, Manipur and Punjab
The schools in these three states are set to reopen from tomorrow, January 27. The government of Maharashtra will be reopening the schools in Thane and rural areas for all the higher classes from tomorrow after being shut down for 10 months. The schools in Maharashtra have reopened in all the other regions for students of classes 5 to 8, with several Covid-19 safety guidelines in place. The Punjab government has plans to reopen the schools for students of classes 3 and 4 from tomorrow.The timings for the schools will remain the same as before for these classes and students will have to submit a consent form signed by their parents before attending the classes. The schools for classes 1 and 2 are set to reopen from February 1.
